These terms govern your use of ascendwise.co and any product or service purchased through it, operated by Jonathan & Rebecca, Ltd. Liability Co. d/b/a 2Network-IT ("Ascendwise," "we," "us"). Ascendwise is a 2Network-IT practice.
Ascendwise provides readiness assessments, audits, roadmaps, implementation support, and related digital products, as described on our pricing page. Deliverables, timelines, and scope for paid engagements are as stated at time of purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time purchases are billed at checkout; the AI Retainer is billed monthly until canceled. Prices are as shown at checkout.
The Ascendwise Atlas Audit (previously listed as Atlas Async Audit), Atlas Roadmap and Review (AI Roadmap + Review), and Atlas Implementation (Full Implementation) packages carry a 14-day satisfaction guarantee as described on the pricing page. The Ascendwise Readiness Score is free. The Ascendwise Starter Kit and Atlas Retainer (AI Retainer) are non-refundable once delivered or billed, except as required by law.
Recommendations are based on the information you provide and general AI implementation practice. We do not guarantee specific revenue, time savings, or ROI figures; examples shown are illustrative, not promises.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Ascendwise's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
