Ascendwise ("we," "us"), a 2Network-IT practice, is operated by Jonathan & Rebecca, Ltd. Liability Co. d/b/a 2Network-IT. This policy describes what we collect through ascendwise.co and how we use it.
What we collect
- AI Readiness Score quiz: your overall score and readiness level (not your individual question-by-question answers, which stay in your browser and are never sent to us), plus the email address and name you provide to view your results.
- Newsletter signup: the email address you submit.
- Purchases: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number; Stripe provides us your name, email, and order details.
- Page analytics: When you load a page, we log the page address, the page you came from, the page title, your IP address and your browser type to this site's analytics, to understand which pages are used and to filter out automated traffic and abuse. No cookie is set for this.
- Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when any page loads.
How we use it
- To send your quiz results and related recommendations.
- To send the newsletter and occasional emails about our services, if you signed up for it.
- To fulfill and support any purchase you make.
- To monitor and improve the site.
Sharing
We use Brevo to send email and Stripe to process payments. Google Fonts receives your IP address when a page loads, as part of loading the site's fonts. Ascendwise, 2Network-IT, and Wardstow are all operated by Jonathan & Rebecca, Ltd. and share a single Stripe payment-processing setup, so if you're a customer of more than one of these businesses, your Stripe customer profile and saved payment method can be recognized and reused across them instead of asking you to re-enter payment details. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside this affiliated group except as required by law.
Your choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@ascendwise.co to ask us to delete your information.
